Zip, rar, 7z or dlc.rpf. The program finds the cars inside, measures them, fixes known problems and adds them to your pack.

Clothing
Slim down clothing packs without changing how they look.
Uncompressed textures are re-compressed, missing mip maps are added, oversized ones shrink. The original pack is backed up before the new one goes in.
Example: an LSPD pack, 247 models, 617 textures.
